It is possible and even good to bring your child one step above the comfort zone: in the learning zone. But don\u2019t do super things, or they will end up in the panic zone.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-18383\" src=\"https:\/\/abrtherapy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Comfort-zone-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"353\" height=\"117\" srcset=\"https:\/\/abrtherapy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Comfort-zone-1.png 685w, https:\/\/abrtherapy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Comfort-zone-1-300x99.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 353px) 100vw, 353px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Like you see on the image, <span style=\"color: #017e8e;\"><strong>the learning zone<\/strong> <\/span>is a very small zone, but it\u2019s still a comfortable zone. However, if tension builds up, your child will start crying, arching or even getting a seizure: that\u2019s when he\/she is in <span style=\"color: #c78819;\"><strong>the panic zone<\/strong><\/span>. The panic zone is actually a protective zone of your child. They need to do this in order to release tension and to get back to the comfort zone.<\/p>\n<p>Do not force your child in learning new things. Do not say \u201cWe are almost there, keep going!!\u201d.<br \/>\nNo, just step back if things are difficult and work on the physical potential of your child first, to be able to go into that next learning league.<\/p>\n<p>If we, with <a href=\"https:\/\/abrtherapy.com\/it\/\">ABR Therapy<\/a>, connect the brain to the body in a different way, we will open new doors.
